Our founder, Karen Hudome, has more than 20 years of experience in the planting and horticulture industry. One day, her friend asked for her help in planting flowers for a restaurant. Happy and satisfied with the results of her work, she was inspired to start her own company. Hence, Posh Plantings was born in the summer of 2018.

She has her Associates Degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute, Philadelphia, PA
Karen Hudome is a Project Manager for a Jewelry Manufacturing Company based in New York City. Her 2nd Passion in Life besides riding show jumpers and competing is Flower design and planting. She worked for Terrain and developed her skills from there and just having creative ability and knowledge of creating beautiful container designs in a whimsical way!
